Last month, my office hosted our Operation Green Light event. This initiative allows customers to get their drivers’ license reinstated by getting on payment plans for outstanding traffic tickets and criminal fines on overdue court obligations while saving the 25% collections agency surcharge. During that week, our Traffic and Compliance Clerks helped over 1,200 customers! 

While this event is very popular, it only happens once a year, so I want to stress the importance of not waiting a whole year to address unpaid fines. Our Compliance team works year-round to help customers set up payment plans, process payments, and much more. Last year, as part of our video series "The Slice", I sat down with Kyle McLeod, to get more detailed information on how we can help you.
