A proud Wildcat, Erica is a graduate of the great Bethune-Cookman University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. While she loves her Wildcats she is a born and raised Florida State Seminole at heart. In 2017 she obtained her MBA in Business Management, from Herzing University. She has been with the agency since 2008 where she started as an administrative assistant, and currently serves as a Customer Service Representative specializing in personal lines insurance. A retired dancer and stepper she enjoys performing arts, shopping and traveling. She most looks forward to spending time with her daughter and loved ones when she is not in the office. She relish’s educating customers about their insurance products and learning more about the industry every day.
