Mint Lancaster is originally from St. Petersburg, FL. She has been happily married to Clayton since 1992. She partnered with Clayton in 2008 to help build and manage Lancaster & Associates Insurance. Having been in administration and sales for over 10 years with Goodman Manufacturing, Mint is able to use her administrative and leadership skills at the agency, as the Operations Manager. She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Like the rest of her family, she also is a lifelong FSU fan. When not in the office you can find her, out in the communities networking. She enjoys, cooking, reading, dancing and traveling with Clayton, when they can.
